Before you request a bid

Questions from property teams.

What work can Nueva Built bid for an HOA or managed property?

We review exterior construction and repair requests for hardcoat stucco, concrete walkways and flatwork, retaining walls, grading, drainage corrections, and hardscape improvements. The final scope depends on site conditions, access, and project requirements.

Can I include multiple properties in one request?

Yes. Include each address, the work needed at each location, and your priorities. We can review the sites together and discuss whether separate scopes or project phases make sense. Scheduling is confirmed after the work is assessed.

Can work be planned around residents and shared access?

Tell us about occupied units, pedestrian routes, parking, quiet hours, and notice requirements. Access restrictions, work zones, and sequencing should be agreed before scheduling. Concrete curing and stucco preparation can affect when an area is available again.

What should I include for a board or vendor review?

Send the property list, known issues, requested services, bid deadline, and any board approval or vendor requirements. Include required insurance documentation, W-9, invoicing, and payment terms for review; availability and terms must be confirmed directly before approval.

Do you provide lawn mowing or routine property management?

This service is for exterior construction, repairs, and site improvements. It is not a lawn-mowing subscription, rental management service, or emergency maintenance program.

Which Utah communities do you serve?

Nueva Built serves Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, and Utah counties, including Salt Lake City, West Valley City, Sandy, Draper, and Layton. Send your property locations so we can confirm project fit and availability.
